Build & Release Engineer : Positions 2

Developing and maintaining automated, repeatable release management processes that adapts to the nature of our specific hosting business.
Validating that all development groups are performing change and release management processes and procedures effectively and consistently.
Working within a development framework that includes involvement with configuration management, code reviews and test support
Defining a communication plan to ensure regular communication of release status, progress, risks and statistics to key stakeholder teams and executive management
Developing and managing the testing and roll out schedule for and across all functional groups involved in the release.
Participate in the evaluation and possible selection of new release management tools for use in the organization.
Tracking corrective actions of change related incidents to reduce unexpected events.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s/Masters degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience is required
Software development life cycle, both Agile and waterfall methodologies
Interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
Use of ANT, Maven, and other scripting languages
Working with Quality Assurance teams
Driving numerous products from concept through release deployment using project management best practice
Software Deployment; build, release and deploy
Strong written, organizational skills and verbal communication skills required.
Strong working knowledge of MS-Office products: Outlook, Word, Excel and Project
Strong knowledge of Java, JavaScript, JSP, Beans, HTML and DHTML.

Clinical SAS Programmer : Positions 2

The Senor Statistical Programmer provides technical expertise for the conduct of clinical trials, might act as an internal subject matter expert in specific areas providing technical support and expert advice, and works independently to support various programming activities related to analysis and reporting.

Coordinate project start-up activities, including Unix/PMED project area set-up, creation of global programs (e.g., set-up SAS, format SAS, etc.), tracking spreadsheets, and required documentation.
Assist in the production and QC of analysis plans, TLF mock-shell development, derived dataset specifications, programming specifications, and other process supporting documents.
Use efficient programming techniques to produce and/or QC derived datasets tables, figures and data listings.
Understand regulatory requirements concerning industry technical standards (e.g., CDISC, 21 CFR Part 11, electronic submissions, etc.) and implications for the department.
Provide input into monthly PERFORM forecasts and monitor the completion of forecasted units.
Create standard macros and applications to improve the efficiency of the department.

Job Qualifications :

First degree (undergraduate /graduate degree ) in a relevant discipline is mandatory
Minimum of 5 years’ industry experience
Strong technical skills required – specifically around Macro standardization and infrastructure build-out.
Proficiency in SAS
Excellent English written and oral communication skills.

Sr. SAS Financial Analyst : Positions 1

Key Responsibilities :

independently conducting quantitative analytics and complex modeling/model validation projects. Responsible for entire lifecycle of collecting data, building and implementing models, and performance tracking.
Be responsible with data collections, verification, and assembly
Support BUSA in its efforts to assist with the model development, deployment, and validation of statistical and financial models
Collaborate with key stakeholders to conduct analysis on various topics and help develop potential solutions and/or approaches.
Assist in the preparation of regulatory document submissions and potentially interact with regulatory bodies.
Support efforts in the development of new models, analytic processes, or system approaches
Performing stress testing, back testing, sensitivity analysis, scenario analysis, etc.
Prepare model documentation and validation reports as needed
Assist with reporting as needed

Qualifications :

Self-starter, ability to work independently in a fast paced environment and deliver solid action oriented results quickly
experience in quantitative roles in Financial Services industry
experience in statistical analysis and modeling using statistical software using SAS
Stong quantitative and statistical skills (time series analysis, logistic/ linear regression, segmentation).

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Conducting analysis of business and user needs in order to develop requirements documentation
Creating business documentation that details the BI requirements and deliverables Interfacing with programmers and the client to ensure successful delivery of client reporting requirements

Working in conjunction with the business users and development teams, responsible for the creation and execution of test scripts, scenarios, and test plans that validate initial business requirements.

This experience must include the following :

Preferably Oracle 10g/11g database business and systems analysis, design, testing and maintenance including requirements gathering (ie, JAD sessions, client interviews, focus groups) and development.
End user documentation development (ie, business requirements documents, use cases, flow charts, report mock-ups, swim lane diagrams, prototypes, screen designs)
Quality assurance testing (including content and load testing) and development of user acceptance documents.
Business Intelligence tools and data analytics background and an in depth understanding of how to design and create BI applications, and reporting solutions.
Project management tools, delegating assignments, and tracking project status and project management software such Microsoft Word, Excel and Access 2000, Project Manager, Visual FoxPro, and Visual Basic.

Mandatory Qualifications :

Participate in the migration of a large-scale local desktop application from VB 6.0 to C# .NET and WPF
With a focus on improving communication latency between the application and remote server, preserving existing functionality and logic, and improving application look and feel, speed, and overall user experience.
Develop solutions that can leverage existing development/tools as well as create solutions that act as building blocks for future development.
Write clear, concise technical documentation to accompany all application development.
